Inspired by the northern and southern regions of Vietnam, the recipes at Qing Mu are refreshing and full of flavor. Customer favorites include the house Banh Mi special with belly pork, Vermicelli, and a variety of Pho dishes, including the hearty Ribeye Beef Pho. Available for dine-in or takeout.

Stylish Banh Mi Bar with Indoor and Outdoor Seating
The cozy interior features red L-shaped bench seating and tables, a large wooden communal table with vintage leather chairs, and glass sphere lighting fixtures overhead. In Chinese characters, ceramic artwork on the walls translates to “happiness, wealth, and longevity.” Various tables sit under custom pergolas to keep guests shaded by the sun for those who prefer eating outdoors.

Prepared fresh daily, all dishes use only the finest local ingredients in Hawaiʻi. Qing Mu Chefs grow and hand-pick basil and lemongrass from our outdoor herb garden and incorporate them into our soups and sandwiches.
